A Photovoltaic Industrial Park Project
Recently, construction at a large photovoltaic industrial park in East China has been a hive of activity. Cranes are operating smoothly, and workers are working seamlessly together. On the roof, the installation of Mcwell TC10A thin type ventilation skylights is progressing at full speed, laying a solid foundation for the project.
The project covers 627.2 acres, with a total construction area of 267,300 square meters. It plans to build up two photovoltaic glass furnaces with a daily melting capacity of 1,400 tons as well as supporting lines for deep-processing production. As a new energy industry demonstration project implementing the national "dual-carbon" strategy, it is a key strategic move to promote the transformation of the traditional building materials sector towards a green new energy track. With its high-level planning and high-standard construction, the industrial park has become a major component of the regional photovoltaic industry upgrade.
The selected TC10A Thin Type Ventilation Skylight in the atlas of 18j621-3 precisely matches industrial needs: it boasts high ventilation and smoke extraction efficiency, with a volume 3-4 times that of conventional thin-film skylights. It effectively removes residual heat, exhaust gases, and dust from the workshop, ensuring fire safety while improving ventilation and lighting, creating a comfortable environment for subsequent production processes. Furthermore, it features excellent rainproof performance with a three-layer rainproof structure, preventing rainwater from entering the skylight from any angle and efficiently and systematically draining it to the roof.
During the construction, the team rigorously controlled every single step: from precise opening positioning to meticulous component assembly, real-time monitoring of installation accuracy, and special attention to protecting the roof panels and ridge boards from damage. Even facing challenging weather conditions, Mcwell made progress steadily thanks to its professional expertise. Currently, the installation of ventilation skylights for the steel structure in some workshops has been completed, paving the way for the incoming of equipment.
With the successive completion of key facilities such as the thin type ventilation skylights, this modern photovoltaic industrial park is rapidly transforming from blueprint to reality. The thin type ventilation skylights of Mcwell will continue to ensure the normal operation of the factory!
