Louvered Ventilator

Louvered ventilator can be installed on the roof and roof ridge, and the opening and closing valve plate may be installed as required. With a modular system comprised of precisely crafted pieces, this roof louver vent is easy to install and may be conveniently configured along the lengthwise direction of the opening in a continuous manner and in multiple parallel rows.

Scope of Application:

The industrial louver vents uses three layers of flashing boards, with the third layer functioning as a rain and mist receiver that can effectively protect against wind-driven rain in stormy weather, making the louvred roof vent suitable for situations with high demands on ventilation rate and rain-proof performance. This product is widely used for natural ventilation in metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, electronics, light industry, shipbuilding workshops, particularly applications for venues such as glass workshops, machining processing workshops and steel manufacturing factories.

Waterproof Method:

Exhaust louvers and vents is a holistic waterproof structure, i.e. it relies on its own structure for waterproofing. It does not use silica gel or adhesive tape to fill seams or to stop leakage, which avoids water leakage hazard caused by aging and cracking of silica gel and adhesive tape. Service life of the waterproof structure is the same as that of building roof panel.
