The first requirement is rapid response and safety assurance. According to fire codes, electric smoke exhaust skylights (fire alarm interlocked) must fully open their window panels within 60 seconds. The system must prioritize executing fire smoke exhaust commands, unaffected by other operational instructions. Additionally, the equipment must be equipped with a backup power supply to ensure the window panels can still open completely in the event of a power outage. Key components such as electric window actuators and control panels must possess CCCF (China Certification Center for Fire Products) certification, guaranteeing fire safety reliability from the source.
The second requirement involves precise and adapted electrical design. The control panel for such industrial smoke exhaust skylights requires an input voltage of AC220V 50Hz, with output voltages covering AC220V and DC24V. A standard single control panel typically has a power rating of 1.5kW. Control panels for slim-type skylights can manage up to 12 electric dampers, while those for triangular daylighting smoke exhaust skylights can control up to 24 electric window actuators. Window actuators are compatible with voltages of AC220V or DC24V and have a rated current of 0.56A. Side-opening circular arch skylights offer two control configurations: linkage transmission (control distance ≤15m) and direct push-type (one actuator per window, window panel length ≤3m).
The third requirement is sturdy and reliable structural design. Under high-temperature fire conditions, the skylight structure must absolutely not collapse, as this could obstruct smoke exhaust pathways. During the design phase, professional structural stress analysis and calculations must be conducted based on local climate conditions and usage scenarios. This ensures the skylight can withstand external forces such as local wind pressure and snow load, maintaining long-term stable operation.
