The ventilation, daylighting, and fire exhaust systems integrated into the factory roof are critical infrastructure, essential for ensuring a healthy, safe, and energy-efficient production environment.
To meet SERES’ stringent requirements, Mcwell leveraged its profound technical expertise and extensive practical experience in large-scale industrial construction to tailor a specialized Chongqing Fire Exhaust and Smoke Ventilation Skylight solution for the project. This includes the 10A Low-Profile Ventilation Skylight and the Triangular Electric Daylighting and Smoke Exhaust Skylight.
The 10A Low-Profile Ventilation Skylight features a low height and minimal wind resistance, utilizing natural wind and thermal pressure to ensure continuous ventilation. It effectively improves indoor air quality and temperature regulation while offering excellent rain and wind resistance. The upward-opening Triangular Electric Daylighting and Smoke Exhaust Skylight serves dual purposes: providing natural daylight to reduce lighting energy consumption during daily operations and enabling rapid electric opening in emergencies to exhaust smoke promptly and ensure safety.
