It also aims to establish a full-chain cold storage and transportation center covering cold-chain storage, refrigerated transit, and e-commerce distribution. Upon operation, the park is expected to achieve an annual output value of RMB 2.5 billion and generate approximately RMB 50 million in annual taxes, significantly enhancing regional logistics efficiency, creating employment opportunities, and fostering deeper integration between logistics and multiple industries.
To meet the specific requirements of logistics and storage facilities, the project utilizes Mcwell’s Henan Linear Electric Smoke Exhaust Skylights, which prioritize smoke extraction while incorporating natural lighting functions. With a maximum opening angle of 90°, these skylights offer high-capacity smoke exhaust, enabling rapid removal of toxic fumes in emergencies. Equipped with fire-protection integration, the windows automatically open during fire incidents, ensuring timely and reliable response. Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy and featuring structural waterproofing technology, the skylights are corrosion-resistant, durable, and well-suited to the complex operational environment of the industrial park.
