Triangular Electric Daylighting and Smoke Exhaust Skylights: Compliance Standards and Selection Criteria

Release time:
Triangular electric daylighting and smoke exhaust skylights are critical auxiliary facilities in industrial plants. Their compliance and appropriate selection directly impact building fire safety and daily operational efficiency, making it essential to prioritize standard requirements and adaptation considerations.

From a compliance perspective, triangular electric daylighting and smoke exhaust skylights must meet multiple certifications and performance benchmarks. In terms of fire safety, electric actuators and control boxes must obtain CCCF fire certification, ensuring "fire safety priority" during emergencies. This includes automatic activation of backup power, full opening of window sashes within 60 seconds, and passing a 10,000-cycle open-close test to guarantee long-term reliability. For electrical safety, insulation resistance between live and non-live parts must exceed 2MΩ to mitigate electric leakage risks. Environmental adaptability requires stable operation in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 80°C and relative humidity up to 90%.

During selection, skylights must align with practical scenarios and core parameters. For structural safety, hot-dip galvanized steel plates or aluminum alloys are recommended as load-bearing materials, with designs customized by professional engineers based on local wind loads, snow loads, and climatic conditions. In terms of performance adaptation, daily operational noise should remain below 65dB to avoid disrupting production. Motors with specifications such as 24V and 30W are suitable, while compatibility with voltage fluctuations of 185V–240V ensures adaptability to diverse power supply environments. Functionally, roof smoke exhaust skylights should achieve a maximum opening angle of at least 70°, balancing smoke extraction efficiency and natural daylighting.

In summary, selecting triangular electric daylighting and smoke exhaust skylights requires thorough verification of compliance certifications, followed by alignment with structural, performance, and practical needs. Only through this approach can both safety and functionality be effectively realized.
