Smoke Vent System

The linear electric smoke vent system is suitable for buildings that require frequent opening of ventilation and smoke extraction and high requirements for lighting. It has distinctive features such as fire-fighting smoke exhaust, lighting and ventilation. Smoke vent is widely used in industrial plants.

Advantages:

1. Keep heat insulation

The linear smoke ventilator frame can be made of broken bridge aluminum profile, which can keep heat insulation and prevent condensation water.

2. Good wind resistance and lighting performance

The upper part of the linear smoke ventilation forms a small angle of 6° with the installation plane, with a small wind resistance coefficient and good wind resistance. Its window sashes mainly use FRP daylighting board, and the light transmittance is between 69%-82%, so the natural daylighting performance is better.

3. The opening angle can be controlled

The opening angle can be controlled according to the actual needs of the workshop. The maximum opening angle is 90 degrees. When the skylight is fully opened, the roof opening area is consistent with the effective ventilation area, with large ventilation area and high smoke exhaust efficiency.

4. Flexible control mode, which can be linked with fire fighting

The common control methods of the smoke vent can be divided into general control, intelligent control, and intelligent network control. Fire linkage control can also be realized based on smoke, rain, and temperature.

Waterproof Method:

The window sash and window body of the smoke vent roof with "nail-free and glue-free waterproof structure patented technology" do not require any silica gel, self-tapping nails, drilling or rivets; the window sash and the window body are all integrated holistically into the waterproof structure, there is no self-tapping screw, rivet, screw or bolt that destroy the integrated structure, and waterproofing completely relies on its own structure.
